Our home located in Branchwood Bay Subdivision at OIB had a pine limb strike the metal roof and spear into the living compartment. There is water damage as the hole was not discovered until last week. I have an itemized listing from the insurance company of the recommended repairs. Would you be interested in a project as this? I can provide the listing above for reference. I live in Florence and will be down in OIB on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week if you would be interested in visiting the site.
