DIRECTV will not send someone to pick up the equipment. Once you call them to cancel they will mail you prepaid boxes to send the recivers and the remotes back. . . DIRECTV will not take back the dish or the LNB’s ( piece on the dish)only Dish Network asks for thier LNB’s back. . . Most people leave it there or take it down themselves and throw it away.
