Good day,
I have completed my Claim with my insurance company and am looking for a contractor for some mobile home repairs.
Our home located in Branchwood Bay Subdivision at OIB had a pine limb strike the metal roof and spear into the living compartment. There is water damage as the hole was not discovered until last week. I have an itemized listing from the insurance company of the recommended repairs.

I just saw yours vidio. You are a person,that I was looking for a long time. this is my story…
I had a closing on Apr 15 this year, My realty agent told me that when you buy a mobile home it is like almost when you buy a car. As it is. I bought, with out law, 1993 a trailer. When I did inspection( I had a plummer and constr person with me),they told me only a problem is a tualet has to be changed and heat has to be check. So I singed all papers and came first time after in my new home. We have a heavy rain all week long.
When I look at the floor a half carpet was soaking wet. Then I took a nife and cut a carpet ….O my Lord I cried couple hours, becAUSE cAN'T BEALIVE WHAT i JUST SEE.mold all over , the same time I saw a leak at the celiing.
I put all money in this place…..ALL FLOOR A ROTEN. AND my friend told me that a big problem that probably a roof need to be change because a leak.
I'm filling very sick. Drew , you look like you see a lot of different homes.and I have a hope that you will help me with you advise. I appreciate very much.
What is you advise? Unfortunatly I live in NJ and I know you cant see my place.
