On this Roof it seem there is a silver back sticky type of materials that was installed about 10 yrs ago. The problem I see with this product is that on the edges the sticky part is gone due to being wet for a long time. and It seem that even a squirrel walking on the roof with its sharp claws can put holes in it.
I suggest using a 45 mill to a 60 mill EPDM Rubber to cover your Mobile Home. EPDM Rubber will not get holes in it from Squirrels or any other type of animal.
